The photos don't seem to be loading. Most of you are friends with me on Facebook. Just go look there.

Pee Wee
If you watched the Bastogne tri panel film, then you saw Kibler and I on the German side
We helped film that a few years ago when they needed German troops
Kibler outfitted me and we went up to Idaho in the mountains in deep snow
Got soaking wet and froze big time... just for you!

I'm glad you did. I didn't recognize anyone, but I watched the video from start to finish. It looked cold and miserable. Were you the one front and center by chance? With the rifle?
The rest of you, go check out the museum when you're in NOLA.

That is one of the big benefits to being married to my wife. She is from New Orleans so we get to go back a few times a year. I have gotten to go to the museum 2 or 3 times. Need to go again because the last time was about a month before the 4th building opened.
Did you get to see them working on the PT Boat they are restoring? I think it will be the last know one in the world that is still sea worthy.
I heard of a really cool thing called the curators where you pay a couple hundred bucks and you get to go through all the weather controlled vaults looking at all the weapons, gear, uniforms, and what ever else they have like they have at the Smithsonian. I have heard that what they have in the museum is less than 1% of all the artifacts they have that vets and their families have mailed in.

I've heard that too. I didn't get to see the PT boat, but I've read about it a bunch. Would have been a sight to see.
